Yes — most phone and tablet screen repairs are done in 30–45 minutes, so you're welcome to wait in the store while we work.

Do you fix the latest iPhone models?

Yes — we repair current iPhone models along with most older generations.

Do you repair PS5 HDMI ports?

Yes — HDMI port issues on PS5 are usually a board-level repair. We diagnose it in-store and give you a time estimate before we start.

Do you fix Xbox consoles?

Yes — we fix Xbox HDMI port issues, no-power problems, overheating, and disc drive issues, all with a free diagnostic first.

Do you do board-level or microsoldering repair?

Yes — our Watertown and Wakefield locations have in-house microsoldering benches for repairs other shops can't do.

Will I know the price before you start?

Yes. We give you a quote after a free diagnostic, before any work begins.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept cash, Visa, Mastercard, and Apple Pay. We don't accept American Express or checks. A 3% convenience fee applies to all card and digital wallet payments.

Is there an extra fee for paying with a card?

Yes — a 3% convenience fee applies to all card and digital wallet payments, including Apple Pay. Paying with cash avoids this fee.

Is there a travel fee for on-site repair?

No separate travel fee. Our $69 on-site minimum is a floor, not an add-on — you pay whichever is higher, never both.

Is there a warranty on repairs?

Screen replacements carry a lifetime warranty covering touch sensitivity loss, ghost clicking, random clicking, and screen lifting. All other repairs carry a 90-day warranty. Water damage and customer-supplied parts aren't covered under warranty. Full details are on our warranty page.

Do I need an appointment, or can I just walk in?

No — walk-ins are always welcome at all 4 locations. You can also call ahead to confirm parts are in stock.

What if my device can't be fixed?

If we can't fix it, you don't pay for the diagnostic. We'll walk you through your options honestly.

Do you repair most phone brands?

Yes — iPhone, Samsung Galaxy, Google Pixel, Motorola, OnePlus, and LG. We don't currently service Sony phones.

What other devices do you repair?

Tablets, laptops, MacBooks, game consoles (PlayStation, Xbox, Nintendo Switch), and Apple Watch.
