Our most recent shop. Serves Burlington, Bedford, Lexington, Billerica, Tewksbury, and Woburn. Board-level work is transported to our microsoldering specialists (Wakefield / Watertown / Newton) — adds 2-5 days to those repairs.
We Come To You — Mobile Phone Repair Service
Can't make it to a shop? We'll come to your home or office for phone repair only. Same lifetime screen warranty, same trained technicians, same quality parts — at your kitchen table or your office desk.

- $69 minimum service charge on mobile visits (covers travel + on-site equipment)
- Phones only — laptops, tablets, Apple Watches, and game consoles need bench equipment (drop off at any shop)

In-shop service has no minimum and free diagnostic — if you can get to a shop, that's usually the more economical option.

1 What's the fastest way to reach Fix 'N Repair?

2 When does Fix 'N Repair respond to messages?
Form submissions and voicemails are typically responded to within a few hours during business hours (Mon-Sat 10am-8pm). Messages received after hours or on Sunday will get a response on the next business day. For anything urgent — a device that's about to die during finals week, a critical work phone, etc. — calling during business hours is always faster than messaging.
3 Can I just walk in without an appointment?
Yes. Walk-ins are welcome at all 4 shops during business hours (Mon-Sat 10am-8pm). No appointment needed for drop-off or free in-shop diagnostic. For some repairs — newer model screens, gaming console reflows, microsoldering work — it's worth calling ahead to confirm we have your parts in stock before driving over.
4 Which shop should I go to?
Whichever is closest. Same pricing, same repair menu, same lifetime screen warranty at every location. Wakefield serves the North Shore (Reading, Stoneham, Melrose). Watertown serves Cambridge, Brighton, Allston, Belmont, Waltham. Newton serves Brookline, Needham, Wellesley. Burlington serves Bedford, Lexington, Billerica, Tewksbury, Woburn. One exception: board-level microsoldering work happens in-house at Watertown, Wakefield, and Newton — Burlington customers may have their device transported to a specialist (adds 2-5 days for that specific work).
5 Can I get a quote without bringing in my device?
Yes for most common repairs (screens, batteries, charging ports). Call any shop directly or fill out the contact form above. Tell us the specific device model (e.g. "iPhone 15 Pro" not just "phone") and what's wrong, and we can quote within minutes. For complex repairs (board-level work, liquid damage, intermittent issues, multiple problems at once) we'll need to see the device first — but our in-shop diagnostic is always free, with no obligation if you decide not to proceed.
6 Does Fix 'N Repair offer mobile repair?
Yes — for phones only. We'll come to your home or office within about an hour of any of our 4 shops. Mobile service has a $69 minimum service charge on top of the repair cost (this covers travel time and on-site equipment). Laptops, tablets, Apple Watches, and game consoles need workbench equipment so they require shop drop-off — but our in-shop diagnostic is always free with no minimum. 7 What are your hours?
All 4 shops are open Monday through Saturday, 10am to 8pm. We're closed Sunday so our team gets a day off. Hours are the same at every location and consistent year-round. We do close for major US holidays (Thanksgiving, Christmas Day, New Year's Day) — call ahead during holiday weeks to confirm.
8 Do you fix [device]? What if my device isn't listed on your site?
We repair phones (iPhone, Samsung Galaxy, Google Pixel, Motorola, OnePlus, and most Android brands), tablets (iPad, Samsung Galaxy Tab, Surface), laptops (MacBook Pro/Air, Dell, HP, Lenovo, ASUS, Acer, Surface, gaming laptops), Apple Watch screens, and game consoles (PS5, PS4, PS Portal, Xbox Series X/S, Xbox One, Nintendo Switch). We do microsoldering and board-level work. We do NOT fix TVs, drones, appliances, or cameras. If your device isn't one of those exclusions, just call and ask — we may still be able to help.
